R12.1.3 - upgrade redhat 5 to redhat 6

Hello,
Currently we are running Oracle EBS R12.1.3 on redhat 5 - 64 bit OS(x86-64 machine) and our sysadmin
team would like to go redhat 6.I would like to know if I  migrate to redhat 6 on new server what will be path for migration ?
Also is it possible to upgrade in place redhat 5 to redhat 6 for existing server where redhat 5 running R12.1.3 ? Will you please provide me MOS note or doc so I can read ?
Any known issues for rh-5 to rh 6 64 bit for R12.1.3 ?
