Will a patch installation update all objects included in the patch even though we may already have a

We identified patch 20287680:R12.PO.B as a solution to an Invoice Validation problem.  It provides a recent version of POXLOCKB.pls.  It also contains three other objects that we currently have the same or more recent versions of these objects.  When applying the patch, will the process retain the current objects with higher versions or will it overwrite all objects that are included in the patch?

Oracle EBS version:  12.1.3

Database:  12.1.0.1.0
