SEA to SIA Question
We have upgraded our SEA Call Center application to 8.1.1.14 SIA. As you know there are several views exposed to Call Center like the one below. My questions is since I am using the same License Keys and these views are exposed, can we use them without buying, say, Siebel Financials in this case? In Bookshelf I can find the topic in guides for Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, Life Science, and Public Sector. There is no Call Center Guide in Bookshelf.
