My Oracle Support - Is there a way to control who views an SR?

My customer is an auto company that owns three brands. They have a single CSI at the parent company level. Is there a way to control who can view which SRs that get associated to that support identifier? Ideally Brand 1 can only view Brand 1's SRs and Brand 2 can view only Brand 2's SRs, etc.
