Number Management Venter and SIM Administration Center still active or deprecated?

We have Number Management Center and Administration Center along with Portal Products.

Are both components still active and useful along with the new BRM suite( ECE-PDC-BRM-OCOMC) , are there any latest version of them available? Or they are no longer supported / deprecated?
