RDF - Zero Forecast Alert not checked

Good morning,

      We received an issue from one of our client where user tries to build alert workbook for the alerts that are showed in the application. User creates alert workbook for "Zero Forecast Alert" shown for a domain.

      Once he completes the wizards, the workbook is built, but alerts are not checked in RDF PRD. Please refer the below screenshot. As per the below screenshot, when user select "View - Find next alert", it navigates where the alert is shown but without check mark checked indicating "Zero forecast alert".

     

          I tried the same step provided by the user in RDF DEV and I was able to get the alert checked. When  I click on "Find next alert" it correctly shows as per the alert count shown in the application for that domain. Please refer the below screenshot:
