Oracle client 11g patch 6

Hi,

We have a Oracle client 11.2.0.1 installed on a Windows 64bit server and need to install (or update to) to client 11 patch 6 (application requirement). I assume patch 6 is 11.2.0.4.6.

Where can this version be found? I've searching on Metalink and edelivery but I'm not sure I've found it. I've dowloaded p18724012_112040_mswin-86-64 but I'm not sure I can upgrade my installation with this patch.

Any help is welcome.
