How to install new OEM 13c on Virtualized Platform ODA version 1

Hi,

I have not yet found a white paper for installing new OEM 13c on Virtualized Platform ODA version 1.

Would anyone be kindly to show detail steps of installing new 13c on a virtualized platform ODA version 1?  Would need to create 2 OMS for load balancing with F5 as well on ODA.  (I have been researching how to configure ILOM and use ILOM with ODA Configuration Manager to Virtualized the ODA with a pre-built ODA_BASE.  Now I need to know how to install new OEM 13c with 2 MOS to include F5 for load balancing.)
