BI Publisher excel output giving error "We found problem in some content in 'XXX.xls'.Do you want us

When we try to open BI Publisher excel output we get "We found problem in some content in 'XXXXXX.xls'.Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can?If you trust the source click YES."  After clicking yes , it shows "Excel recovered your formulas and cell values, but some data may have been lost." Excel shows correct data but all the formatting is lost.This happens for large set of data.  Excel output for small selection of data comes correct with proper formatting. We are using Embedded BI Publisher. It is integrated with JDE E900 (JDE Tools release
