Paycheck Modeler automatically loading contract earnings

We would like the Paycheck Modeler to automatically load contract earnings for our employees.  Oracle Development said that it is by design that the Contract Pay earnings are not automatically loaded in paycheck modeler.  Since we have a few thousand faculty employees that are paid by contract, it would be nice to offer them this functionality.

Has anyone figured out a way to make this happen?
