all locators showing on the gun(mobile device) during cycle counting despite unscheduled entries un

Hello,

We are on 12.2.3 and use the mobile device for cycle counting.We have the unscheduled entries unchecked in the cycle count setup and the discrepancy under the serial and schedule tab set to allowed.When we try to do cycle counting on the gun(mobile device) , the locator lov shows all locators enabled for that subinventory and does not restrict the LOV to only show locators for which cycle counts are due as explained in metalink notes 1941232.1 and 1924430.1.

If on the other hand we set the Discrepancy(under the serial and schedule tab) to Not Allowed then the locator LOV on the mobile device restricts the LOV to show only those locators that are due for counting.Why should this setup Discrepancy control whether you can see all locators or not on the mobile device?The only setup that should do that is the Unscheduled Entries.Has any one encountered this issue?
