Calling request submission pages with Program Page hidden for Single Operating Unit

Hi,

"Calling request submission pages with Program Page hidden for Single Operating Unit

Concurrent Program requires a valid orgID."

I am getting the above mentioned error while submitting the report from OAF page.

The same program , when submitted from Forms based windows, completes normally and the 'Operating Unit' defaults on SRS window.

The "Operating Unit Mode" IS SET TO SINGLE in both cases.

I can overcome this error by updating the "Operating Unit Mode" to NULL.

When I do that, both OAF submission AND Forms submissions results in NULL "Operating Unit" field in Standard Request Submission window.

I don't think that is right, I want the report work on both OAF and FORMS and also display/default the Operating Unit.
