ATP(Available to Promise) date

In JDE 9.1 , we need a standard functions or workaround for the below scenario

- Customer ordering an item, for which the quantity is available, but the we need system to provide the promised delivery date/promised ship date to the customer. We need to consider there ship time and picking/packing based on this we need to suggest the delivery date.

Note : we need an direct function or work around without transportation module enabled.
