Patchrollback question

Hi all,

Question on the rollback of a patch prior to installing a new one.  Is there anyway to verify that the rollback is still running?  Mine has been sitting at the same spot, Rolling Back Patchset Files, for a number of hours now.  This is the SES rollback so I know that it is doing the app server, gateway and db servers.  Last time a rollback was run in this environment, it took 2.5 hours.  This has been running now for 3 hours.  I do not know whether to kill it and try it again?  Is there any specific recovery steps
