Siebel Attachment Failing with ORA-01400 Error when attaching the file

Hi All,

we have customer who is siebel Ip2013 PS 16 version.

Issue: Siebel attachment fails with error ORA-01400:can not insert null into (“Siebel”,”S_AR_ATT”,”FILE_DEFER_FLG”).

it is observed that issue is intermittent and not determined exact pattern to reproduce the error.

happening in production environment where it has n number of servers and they are using NAS file system.

i have observed that the SQL being generated with working and non working sessions is different.
