How is data updated in the AM DEPR_ALL_PD2_VW table?

In PeopleSoft 9.1, how is data updated into the Asset Management table DEPR_ALL_PD2_VW?  We are trying to view future depreciation data past 2019 but receiving no results.  We are trying to figure out what process(es) are run to update data to the view table.  We are able to see the data on the DEPRECIATION table for all years.
