Many ASM trace files; CLEANUP_KFK_FD?

This is a five-node cluster, 11.2.0.4 Linux x86_64.  On one of the nodes, in the $ADR_HOME/trace directory for ASM, there are hundreds of trace files with content like this:

Received ORADEBUG command (#1) 'CLEANUP_KFK_FD' from process 'Unix process pid: 28083, image: <none>'

Does anyone know what this might be?  There's nothing found on CLEANUP_KFK_FD.  'I've looked at about a dozen other, similar clusters, and this one is the only one that is affected.   The cluster and resources are operating normally; there are no incidents in Enterprise Manager on the cluster.
