Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Oracle Support Experts:

After applying the FDMEE patch, our check report / check entities are working again in the FDMEE check report, but only in certain cases.

I formulated a theory that we have thoroughly tested on several locations, and it holds.

This issue is related to the “Check Entity Group” in FDMEE:

When setting up a check entity, both the entity and its parent need to be specified.

Issue:

If check entity and parent are both LC entities, or both USD entities, check report works fine.
If child entity is LC, and parent is USD, report doesn't work. A blank report is generated.
