How to map Configured SLA to Secondary ledger and achieve below entries on in Secondary Ledger?

Receivable (Dr)       100

Revenue ( Cr) 100

Entry required in Secondary Ledger

Receivable (Dr)       100

Revenue ( Cr) 70

Setoff a/c (Cr) 30
