Form exit bar missing in F0911|ZJE0001

Hi All,

Found below differences between current JDE version with new JDE version. Kindly advice if this is one of net change for this program? How is the program work without 'Form Exit Bar' -> Update F0911?Old JDE has Form exit bar where 'Update F0911' button is available. Please advise. Thanks.
