I'm Getting below error even shared pool having enough space

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4120 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","ALTER TABLE IO_EVENT MODIFY ...","TCHK^8fd06287","kksgaAlloc: firstN")

Database Version 11.2.0.3 on Linux

Linux 2.6.18-398.el5 #1 SMP Tue Aug 12 06:26:17 EDT 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
