How to restrict "Open interface invoices" showing only data using the OU security

Dear Colleagues,

Payable:

"Open Interface Invoices" window shows all data belongs to other OUs

==>

issue: How to restrict showing only data linked to OU security

i found the below note id but i don't agree, otherwise where is the data security than?

This is intended funtionality.

Please review Note: Invoices from all Operating Units shown in Open Interface Invoices form (APIIFIX) ( Doc ID 332862.1 )

Any advise or purpose of this intended functionality?
