How to Close Sales Order Line immediately after releasing Hold set on Close Line Activity

How to Close Sales Order Line immediately after releasing Hold set on Close Line Activity. As soon as we apply the Hold Set on Close Line Activity, the workflow is deferred by 24 hours and even if we release the hold immediately, we have to wait for 24 hours to progress the line.

As per Note Id 2051137.1 this is a standard functionality. Is there any way to close the line immediately.
