I-Recruitment Notification has a small window and cannot be maximized

Hi,   Employee search and apply for job in i-Rec application.  Employee fill form with some information and click on Save for Later custom button of Assessment page.  Then form is saved and notification is sent to employee.  Now employee clicks on Continue Action link of notification and again change/fill some details of form and then again click on Save for Later custom button of Assessment page.  Again notification is generated and now when user clicks on Continue Action button one small window is popped-up.  This window can not be maximized and not even having any data.  It does not affect
