Not able to embedd image in Siebel Email Treatment Template

Dear All,

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.11 hence we are able to use ckEditor for designing email templates for Email Treatment template. However we are not able to embed any image in the template. When we try to embed image using image icon in the editor, it opens an applet which are option to Browse server for images. On clicking the button, it opens an applet and gives an error saying domain filemanger may be available for sale.It does not open the file manager applet and does not allow to upload images to server or browse images from server.

Is there some changes I need to do in properties for 'Email Offer Template HTM Detail Form Applet'.  It has vanilla values for  and filebrowserImageBrowseUrl. Do we need to add/modify some additional parameters so that we can use image embed functionality. Bookshelf does not provide any more information.
