Tag error "No item balance"

Hi,

Has anyone had a problem with the error "No item balance" on Tag Count Update (R41610) ?

Tag status was changed to "NL - Error - No Item Balance" and not processed,

According to doc ID 625732.1 this is an AAI error, but all AAI are OK (4152, 4154, 4126 & 4128).
