How can we clear draft depreciation

We wish to apply unplanned depreciation to an asset.   However we are unable to apply the amount we would like as draft depreciation has been run.   The system appears to take into account the depreciation calculated in the draft depreciation process and feels the amount of unplanned depreciation is more than the net book value.  

How can we clear these draft depreciation figures and apply unplanned depreciation.
