Calling Form from OAF using Personalization

Hi, I was trying to open form from OAF using Page Personalization. Created a link and in Destination Function entered form:PA:XXPA_USER:STANDARD:PA_PAXPREPR_PROJECT   after that on click on this link  instead of form, new window with url javascript:launchForm('http://Instance name.....'); opened  we are using internet explorer 11.

Request you all to kindly provide appropriate solution.
