JDE -TMS - Batch Ship Confirm Error in workcenter

When running R49500 I receive the following error in my workcenter.  I see that P4205 has a processing option to validate carton status but I do not see where this version of R49500 calls a version of P4205.  If I do not want carton status validated with R49500, where should I make this setting? 

CAUSE: One or more cartons on Shipment Number 573 are not at carton status 30 .

RESOLUTION: Please ensure that all cartons completed all processes required prior to Shipment Confirmation and the cartons are at status 30 . The carton status for all cartons on a shipment may be reviewed using the Carton Detail Inquiry application (P4621).
