Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. BI PUBLISHER 10G R3 how to troubleshoot scheduling reports

Hello

We are running BI PUBLISHER 10G R3 on WINDOWS.

We have a big PDF report around 200.000 records that use bursting configuration to deliver it in the file system; this report

works okay when running in interactive mode however When we try running it with scheduling and bursting, I get the “Job was failed” email.

I wonder if anyone could let me a hand by telling me how to troubleshoot a scheduling report..
