BI PUBLISHER 10G R3 how to troubleshoot scheduling reports

Hello 

We are  running BI PUBLISHER  10G R3  on WINDOWS.

We  have  a  big  PDF report around 200.000  records that use bursting  configuration to  deliver it  in the   file  system; this  report

works okay when running in interactive mode  however  When we try running it  with scheduling and bursting, I get the “Job was failed” email.

I  wonder  if  anyone   could let me  a hand  by  telling  me  how  to   troubleshoot  a scheduling  report..
