Unapproved records in P0450

Hi,

P0450 is getting a bit clogged up with old records.  I’m thinking it would be good to delete old unapproved records in F0450, if we are deleting unapproved records from F0450 to improve performance of P0450 any drawbacks or critical effects. Have gone through couple of documents but could not get any reliable answers.

Could please advise on this.
