R41544_ Inventory Integrity issue: Item Balance / Ledger integrity issue

Dear Concerned

I have an issue on this. Quantity is matching and also fine on Item balance amounts. But i am fumbling to tackle Amount variance on Ledger Column.

I did this for two items and my findings attached here for your advise. what i should be doing here.   I used IE instead of IA just for tracking purpose though same application-P4114.

Will appreciate your advise
