We have two Tax Rate Areas applicable for a single voucher (Ex. Pennsylvania State and Philadelphia

Does anyone has had this problem and how did you resolve the issue? I am surprised that JDE has no standard solution for computing American Use tax with two juridictions for a single voucher, the V tax code solution does not resolve the issue since it's excluding the tax from the gross amount.
