P08720 Employee Master Edits

Hello,

The P08720 - Managers Employee Status Change - processing option 4 is worded as follows:

Perform Employee Master Edits?

0= No

1= Yes

When I read the above Processing Option, what I understand of the question is whether we want that all regular Employee Master Edits normally done when doing some changes using the P0801 Employee Information program to be also done when using the P08720 - Managers Employee Status Change - program. That would make sense I and I would sure select the 1 (Yes) to that processing option.

Now when I read the Help Text associated to that processing option, this is when I get confused because somehow the help text does not seem at all related to the question.
