Promotion Created in Multiple Plan-To's

Hi,

I created a promotion to a specific account and plan-to but when I query it from the backend table, PROMOTION_DATA, it was created in multiple accounts. The issue is that it also created the promotion to other accounts. What I am missing here.

The promotion is created at the Account, Plan-To levels.

Location Hierarchy:

Lowest Hierarchy               Plan-To

1st Hierarchy                    Market     Account          other levels

                                             |

2nd Hierarch                   Territory
