Oracle linux vs Red Hat Enterprise Linux for RAC database

Oracle DB version:      11.2.0.4

RAC:                                 4 nodes

OS:                                    Red Hat Enterprise Linux:6.6


We are looking into changing our OS from Red Hat Enterprise Linux to Oracle Linux.


1. Do you any of you use or have experience with Oracle Linux?

2. Let me know what are the pros and cons.

3. If management want to change the OS to Oracle Linux, How will I proceed with my production 4 node RAC DB?  Our production database is 24x7 365 days.
