ACA 1095C codes expected for New Hires and Terms

What codes should we expect to pass during the first month of hire for an employee when their coverage starts as of event?  The employee is full-time, has the ACA full-time flag checked, enrolled in self-insured coverage, and is eligible for the 1E (employee, spouse and dependents) option.

Should we expect to see the 1E code to pass on the month of hire when their coverage starts?

Same question goes for terminated employees.  If an employee is terminated but their coverage goes through to the end of the month then do we expect to see the code that they are eligible for to pass (like the above example 1E)?  or would we expect the 1H code to pass like we have been seeing?
