Statements/Notices Letter Text - On Statement
In document 625781.1, adding text to the statement is shows as an option:
"Optional. Set up letter text you wish to print on the statement in Statements/Notices Letter Text ((P03B2801). This can be set up for statements in the same way as the letter text used for delinquency notices. See Document 1490134.1 E1: 03B: Setting Up Delinquency Notices and Fees (P03B2501, P03B2801) for further information."
I've read 625781.1 and 1490134.1 and have found very little information about how to print a small amount of text on statements. We wish to provide contact information for our AR department.
I get as far as setting up the actual text in the P03B2801, but have no idea how this text is tied to the statement.
