Canada T4 boxes not pulling in YTD amounts correctly for boxes 34, 40 20 - anyone else experiencing

Our tax team is experiencing an issue when processing the T4s; the C$ amounts from the PDBA history are not calculating the proper YTD amounts for populating the respective T4 boxes. We have verified the PDBA mapping in the YE Workbench Special Handling to the respective T4 boxes and do not see any issue with that setup. If they run the T4 process multiple times, it eventually gives the correct total in the T4 boxes; they shouldn't have to run it multiple times though.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I did not see anything when I searched in Oracle Support. Any suggestions or guidance is greatly appreciated!
