ACA - Rate effective date 12/29/2015 for Jan 2016 prem - bad 1095C Dec rate

For the 2016 open enrollment medical plans, the variable rate setup has an effective start date of 12/29/2015 since that is the first day of the new pay period for January 2016 premiums.  When we view the ACA archive, for employees where it is showing a rate, the rates are showing 2015 rates correctly except for the month of December 2015 which is showing the new January 2016 rate.  We assume it's because the variable rate's effective start date is 12/29/15.

How do we address this?  Is our setup wrong?
