How to deploy Reim hot fix (java file)

Hi,

Oracle provided me a fix for one of the issue I have been encountering in Reim in the form of a java file (.java).

Could you please help me by providing the steps to apply this hot fix. Can I just compile the code and convert that to a class file and place it in the appropriate folder or should I go through any other process ?
