For deploying Teleservice, do we need HRMS licensed..?
As part of a teleservice assessment, trying to determine if we need HRMS licensed or not..?
As a prerequisite, employees need to be setup in HRMS to be imported as resources in CRM. As per the Implementation guide, HRMS is not required to be licensed.
But, need to confirm this -- if it is correct..?
