Project workplan version approval history

Is there a table in Oracle projects which stores the approval history of a workplan budget version.

In our scenario, a workplan budget after created will be approved as per a hierarchy of project key members.  But after it is approved, if user wants to see the people who approved this budget, how to retrieve that data?
