4245 Bypass AR AAI on an ST

We have a new product line with new GL Class Codes. We would like the In Transit side of this to go to a different account than our other product lines.

Let's say those go to 10.12345.

We would like this product line to go to 10.12345.100.

I set up these new GL CLass Code(s) on the 4245 AAI. There is also a 4245 AAI with **** to go to 10.12345.

My new STs for the new product line do not go to 10.12345.100.... they go to the default / catch-all AAI of 10.12345.

I was reading this document: 2094796.2

Is this saying that we can ONLY have ***** for the 4245 AAI?
