Service Contract Email Quote Default From Address

In 11i10, when we select the Email Quote function from a service contract, the "From" email address defaults to the Vendor contact email.  After upgrading to R12.1.3, we find that the "From" email address defaults to the user selecting the function.  In our business scenario, one user may submit several quotes for other users in their group, so defaulting to the submitter is not practical.  Is there a way we can change the default?
