Siebel 8.1.1.14 Patchset 12 - Rollback not working

Hi,

after the installation of the Patchset12 my Object Managers are not starting. (Error: SBL-SMI-00028: Internal: Failed to get the HELLO acknowledge)

Now I am trying to roll the Patch back but it is stuck at "Rolling back Patchset Files..." for nearly 6 hours. It hasn't even started to move files.

Is there any way to debug this?
