Product Poid(External Id) is Missing(No value) in ECE cache

Once after a creating a product from PDC, i am not able to find the product in BRM DB under product table but the product is avaliable in the charge offering tbale in the ece cache,

NOTE:The charge offering table in ece cache show product details but the external id field is empty.
