In the Oracle EAM R12.2.4, i can't find the Complete Work Order form.

This specific form Complete WO, was used in the R11 version, but now in the 12.2.4 i can't find that form and the users need to use it because they have no maintenance super user responsabilities. Is this form available? how can i get to it?
