Update OT Status after ST Ship Confirmation

I thought I had seen this earlier, but am finding difficulty finding it again.

We are using a version of the ST/OT process to ship orders to a foreign branch/plant.  Due to security concerns, we do not allow the receiving country to see the ST.  Because of this, they are unable to know if the order has been ship confirmed.  I thought I had read that there was a way to update the OT status after the ship confirmation (P4205) process was completed.  This way, they could tell by the OT status that the order had been ship confirmed.
