HI All

We are facing problem when running the R098201 in Production. Please see attached.

If we run in the other environment (TEST) where the setup is identical to PD it runs successfully.

Could this be related to the table locking ?

43.1.4 Prerequisites

“Ensure that no users are accessing the F0902 table while the Annual Close program is running.”

This may explain why it worked in Test. Quite possibly no-one else was in UAT or using F0902.
